Materials
- Raw mango - 2 cups
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Raw chili powder - 1 tablespoon
- Mint leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 tablespoon
- Beet salt - 1/2 tablespoon
- Dried chili powder - 1/2 tablespoon
- Mustard powder / paste - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tablespoon
- White pepper - 1/2 tablespoon
- Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
- Chaat Masala - A quarter amount
- Sour yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Water - 1 cup
Method
- First mix all the ingredients (except sour curd) with the raw mango. Add half a cup of water.
- Now blend in a blender. After blending very well, blend it again with sour curd and half a cup of water for some time.
- Then strain it and serve with ice cubes in a glass.
