not come to mind to take care of yourself but you can easily take care of your
skin at home. It is better to say that our body, mind, brain as well as our
skin is not less affected by daily pollution. One day a week to relax your body
and mind as well as give a little comfort to your skin. This mask is suitable
for all skin types.
Homemade 3 Simple Masks
01. Caffeine Mask: Like a cup of coffee in the morning, this mask will make your skin fresh and radiant for the whole day. Take a look at
the materials:
-4 tablespoons coffee
-4 tablespoons cocoa powder (sugar-free)
- 6 tablespoons sour yogurt
-2 tablespoons honey
Mix coffee and cocoa powder well in a bowl. Then make a
smooth paste with sour curd and honey. Wash your face with your regular face
wash and use this mask on your face and neck. It will give your skin a
comfortable and cool feeling. After 30 minutes, when the mask is a little dry,
soak your face in lukewarm water and massage this mask gently. It will also
work great as a scrub for you. Massage for 2 minutes and wash your face! It
will moisturize and exfoliate the skin and you will get radiant skin.
02. Papaya-Honey Mask: It also removes dead skin cells and
helps to rejuvenate the skin. Only two materials needed:
-1/2 cup ripe papaya
-2 tablespoons honey
Put ripe papaya in the fridge and let it cool. Mix well with
honey. Clean the skin and apply on the face and neck for 20-25 minutes. Then wash.
Using this mask 1-2 times a week will easily remove the roughness of the skin.
03. Lime Fresh Scrub: This scrub will give you smooth and
soft skin by removing dryness from your hands, feet, and whole body. It is
really effective in eliminating fatigue throughout the day by using bath time
every day. You can use it for about 1 month by making a little more. Take a
look at the materials:
-1/4 cup pure coconut oil
-1 cup of sugar
-1 lemon
-1 tablespoon of lemon peel powder
Lightly heat coconut oil in a microwave oven or oven. Mix
the sugar with the oil in a bowl. There is no need to melt sugar in oil. Then
add the juice of a lemon and lemon peel. When well mixed, store in an airtight
bottle or any other airtight container. Massage your hands, feet, and whole body
at least 10 minutes before bath every day or at least once a week, then take a
bath and wash off. Enjoy the silky soft skin and see if the skin of your hands
and feet is shining along with your face!
