Cucumber is a widely used vegetable in salads. The use of
this readily available and affordable vegetable is not limited to salads. In
addition to health, cucumber is equally beneficial for our skin and hair. Rich
in low calorie and dietary fiber, this vegetable has therefore taken place in
the diet chart of beauty conscious women. Now let's learn about the different
qualities and uses of cucumber.
1. Cucumber works very well as a toner for oily skin. It is
quite beneficial to control the open feet of the skin. After washing your face,
you can just apply cucumber juice as a toner or you can mix apple cider
vinegar, tomato juice and aloe vera gel with cucumber juice to make it
effective.
2. Bleaching properties of cucumber brighten the skin and
balance the skin tone. Come from outside, wash your face, and apply cucumber
juice. This will eliminate sunburn.
3. Make a paste by blending cucumber well in a blender, mix
2 teaspoons of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey and apply on face and neck.

tightens, and beautifies the skin.
9. Cucumber contains a lot of silica which plays an
important role in strengthening the nails. So by eating cucumber regularly, the
broken nails are reduced and the nails become hard.
10. Make a pack by mixing 2 teaspoons of cucumber juice with
rose water and Multani soil to get rid of the problem of acne. Apply it well on
the face and leave it for 15 minutes and then wash your face with warm water.
Regular use will reduce acne.
